Robert C. Rhoad, MD is a Board Certified Orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in treating the hand, wrist and elbow, and microvascular reconstruction. After graduating with distinction from the University of Virginia, Dr. Rhoad completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and went on to complete his internship and residency in Orthopaedic surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.Dr. Rhoad joined Wellington after studying under a Fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the renowned Hand Center of San Antonio, TX.
